Payment Methods
Freedom in making sure that payments can be done through your preferred method is very essential to us. That is why we offer a variety of payment options, giving you the flexibility to choose how your payments are made.
Available Methods
Currently, we support the two primary methods mostly used in Sierra Leone:
- Mobile money
- Bank
Mobile money (Momo)
You can choose to receive payments through any of your preferred mobile money providers. This allows for flexibility in how you manage your transactions and ensures easy access to funds from mobile-based systems.
Bank
Prefer that payments are processed only through banks? You can set up your preferences to allow payments exclusively via bank transfers. By doing so, payments will be deposited directly into your space account, and from there, you can withdraw funds to your bank settlement account as needed.
Customizing Payment Options for Users
Control how payments are made to you. You have the ability to set specific payment preferences that determine the methods available to payers when they want to do payments.

Bank-only payments: If you prefer that payments be made strictly through bank transfers, you can configure your settings to ensure that only the bank payment option is displayed to payers. This gives you complete control over how you receive funds and limits confusion for payers by showing only your preferred method.

Mobile money-only payments: Similarly, if mobile money is your preferred method, you can set your account to show only mobile money options to users making payments. This ensures all payments flow through your chosen mobile money provider.

Both options: If you’re open to receiving payments through both mobile money and bank transfers, you can allow both options to be displayed. Payers will then be able to choose the method that works best for them, giving them flexibility while you still control the flow of funds into your space account.
