This guide will walk you through the initial setup, key features, and essential steps to begin leveraging Monime effectively. Whether you’re new to the platform or need a refresher, this section will help you get up and running quickly.

Setup a Monime account.

Click here or the Get Started button at the top-right hand corner on this page to log in to an existing account or create a new one.

You will see a screen like the one below. You can use an active Sierra Leone phone number to create an account.

Users located outside of Sierra Leone who want to create an account can register using their email address instead.

After submitting your phone number or email address, Monime will send an OTP to verify ownership. Enter the OTP in the next screen to continue.

If you use a phone number, you can also dial the generated OTP at the bottom to quickly verify.

On successfully verification, your flow will continue a Login or Signup depending on whether the specified phone number or email address already have an account attached to it or not respectively. On the latter case, you will proceed to supply further KYC information.

Setup Personal Access Token

Once you have successfully created your Monime account, you can then visit the
Developer Portal to create a personal access token.

DO NOT share your personal access tokens with anyone.
